Mediator Employment Opportunities
Mediators are full-time excepted service employees of the federal government and are stationed in offices throughout the United States.  

We are continuously recruiting qualified candidates for mediator positions.  Our mediators currently perform duties in three major areas:  dispute mediation; preventive mediation; and education, advocacy, and outreach.  Applicants must have substantial experience in collective bargaining agreements.  United States citizenship is required.
