The Labor-Management Committee/Partnership program goals are to:
  • Provide an overview of the benefits and philosophies of joint committees
  • Help labor and management develop a mission for the LMC/P
  • Help participants develop problem-solving, consensus, and other effective group interaction techniques
  • Introduction to LMC/P
  • Principles of LMC/P
  • Structuring your LMC/P

The program is intended for Federal, public, and private sectors. While the basic concepts are the same for all audiences, the legal basis and the structure for the Federal sector are different.
